What would it cost for permission to use the name of Elvis Presley in the title of a Play?
Elvis Presely Enterprises owns the liscensing rights to the name of Elvis Presley. Does the purchase of rights extend to each play house that presents the play?

Don’t understand your question.
i seroiusly doubt it. He’s dead. Though it depends if its like a school play or one to be sold on broadway. For a school or other small play it should be fine.
You have to request it from them. They might charge money. Probably about two grand.
